Couples Therapy

As a person-centred relationship therapist, I work with individuals and couples who want to deepen connection, repair discordant patterns, and create relationships where both partners feel seen, heard, supported, and valued. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to support healing, growth, and intimacy.
I incorporate Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) to help you understand the different feelings and aspects of yourself that show up in relationships—protective parts, wounded parts, and core parts that long for connection. Developing awareness of our nuanced and dynamic emotional complexity and learning to cultivate compassion for some of our shadow parts facilitates an expansive and curious relationship to the self and others. Such insights enable a shift from reactive cycles, which keep us stuck, to more grounded, intentional ways of relating.
With Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we work to identify the emotional needs and core beliefs underneath conflict or distance. This approach helps partners move out of habitual roadblocks into greater emotional safety, vulnerability, trust, and closeness - essential ingredients for lasting intimacy.
Relational Therapy emphasises the here-and-now dynamics between people, including the therapeutic relationship itself. It helps bring awareness to the ways you show up with others and offers a space to practice new ways of connecting with more authenticity, attunement, and openness.
Through somatic awareness, I help clients tune into their bodies as a source of insight and healing. Emotions are stored not only in the mind but in the body and nervous system. Learning to listen to and regulate your nervous system can reduce reactivity, increase resilience, and support a felt sense of safety, laying the foundation for intimacy to truly flourish.
Together, these approaches support you in moving from disconnection to deeper presence, from reactivity to regulation, and from coping to thriving, so that your relationships can be a place where both connection and individual growth are possible.

Individuals Therapy

Individual therapy sessions will provide a safe, compassionate space for you to explore your inner world, navigate life’s challenges, and reconnect with your authentic self. Working from a person-centred approach, whether you’re dealing with current stressors or carrying pain from the past, we will work together at your own pace. I will support you in developing self-reflective skills that foster agency, accountability and problem-solving skills.
Sessions will integrate somatic awareness to help you tune into your body’s wisdom, release held tension, and build a deeper sense of safety within. You will gain insight into how past relationships may shape present patterns and develop more meaningful, connected ways of relating.
We will explore acute stress response by examining the nervous system and incorporate regulation tools to cultivate resilience, reduce overwhelm, and support long-term emotional stability and well-being.
Our therapy sessions will be collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in the belief that you already hold the capacity for healing and growth. Whether you’re seeking support for anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, or feeling stuck in old patterns, I am here to walk alongside you with care and curiosity.
