My approach to therapeutic Counselling is influenced by a continued curiosity into human connection, self-expression, and inner attunement. With a background in the arts, I’ve always been drawn to the ways we share our stories and how particular narratives shape our sense of self and relationships with others.
Before becoming an individual and couples counsellor, I worked with diverse modalities such as yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression. These arenas continue to deeply inform my belief that the body holds wisdom within the depth of our experiences, and that meaningful change often begins when we connect with, and understand ourselves emotionally, psychologically and somatically.
In my current therapeutic work, I draw on these practices to create a safe container that is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and grounded. I integrate relational and somatic approaches to support clients in exploring the dynamics of connection and disconnection, the impact of past experiences, and the emotional patterns that influence how we show up in relationships.
I’m passionate about collaborating with people who want to step into their vulnerability, deepen emotional intimacy, build healthier patterns of communication, and live in alignment with their values and desires.
I believe that we all want to belong and thrive, and not just survive. Whether I’m working with you individually or as a couple, my role is to facilitate self-understanding, connection with others, and to help you to integrate parts of yourself that may feel forgotten, lost or afraid.
Together, we will form a therapeutic alliance that will support the creation of flourishing relationships and authentic connections.
