Lenore Munro - Relationship Therapist

Master of Counselling (UNDA) and a Bachelor of Arts (WAAPA)

Certified Practicing Counsellor (PACFA) - Psychotherapy & Counselling Federation of Australia

My path to becoming a relationship therapist has been shaped by a lifelong fascination with human connection, self-expression, and attuning to the inner world. With a background in the arts, I’ve always been drawn to the ways we tell our stories - through movement, creativity, and emotion - and how these stories shape our sense of self and our relationships with others.

Prior to working as a psychotherapist and couples counsellor, I worked in healing and transformation through the modalities of yoga, mindfulness, and creative expression – music, writing, & creating characters. These experiences deeply informed my belief that the body holds wisdom, and that meaningful change often begins when we reconnect with ourselves - emotionally, physically, and energetically.

In my therapeutic work today, I draw on these roots to create a space that is warm, compassionate, and grounded. I integrate relational and somatic approaches to support clients in exploring the dynamics of connection, the impact of past experiences, and the emotional patterns that shape how we show up in relationships.

I’m passionate about collaborating with people who want to step into their vulnerability, deepen emotional intimacy, build healthier patterns of communication, and live in alignment with their values and desires.

I believe that we all want to belong and thrive, and not just survive. Whether I’m working with you individually or in couples, my role is to facilitate connection to self, others, and parts of yourselves that may be longing to be heard. Together, we will engage in a therapeutic alliance to create flourishing relationships and authentic connections.
